Now, I Am No Photographer...

...but Hawaii makes it easy...

OH, Hawaii, how I want to go back to you, and lay on that sand... but a girl can dream right. Now, its back to work, cleaning, laundry, work, appointments...responsibilities. In Hawaii, we needed to be responsible for only a couple major things 1) wear sunscreen everyday and reapply 2) When hungry, eat...drink lots of water 3) be on time for wedding stuff....check, check and major check.

Sara (Jessica is in the picture with me) came to Kauai for her honeymoon back in August so she was able to show us some stuff around the island, as well as read the Hawaiian words, and tell me where to go...so helpful. We went to Kapa'a and saw a wonderful swing by the ocean...we got to play for a little bit.

Ummm...we still couldn't believe we were in Kauai half way through the trip...

Anini Beach, where we heard the tsunami warning...yes that's right...A VERY LOUD HORN WARNING US OF A TSUNAMI APPROACHING... we called Becky, we called her mom, we sat in the car and waited...no one else was moving or running for the mountains...we finally called the front desk of our hotel and asked, she said that they test the horn every month on the first Monday of the month....HOLY COW, that was scary...
